All orders must be prepaid using one of our accepted payment methods below.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully verified. If payment cannot be verified, the order will remain on hold and will not be dispatched.

How the Payment & Order Process Works

  2. Your order confirmation page and email will provide the payment instructions and your Order ID.
  3. Make the payment exactly as instructed and include your Order ID as the payment reference.
  4. Send your payment confirmation or transaction receipt to auspeptideshop@gmail.com or the WhatsApp support number provided on your order page.
  5. Once your payment has been verified, your order will be confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
  6. You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Payment Verification

If your payment has been sent but has not yet been verified, please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Payment method used
  • Screenshot or transaction receipt
  • Sender name associated with the payment

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

  • PAYID and bank-transfer refunds are returned to the original bank account where applicable.
  • Cryptocurrency refunds are returned to the original wallet where applicable.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to applicable network fees.

Receipts & Invoices

After payment verification, you will receive an email receipt containing your order total, payment method, and transaction reference.

If you require an invoice for accounting or tax purposes, reply to your order confirmation email with your billing details and invoice request.
